2025 Orbes is our first Pétillant Naturel and our inaugural release. Inspired by the Col Fondo method of Prosecco which means literally “with the bottom” this sparkling wine is finished in bottle and undisgorged, leaving it to evolve on its natural sediment until you open it.
Orbes is 100% Chardonnay; zero sulfur, zero yeast, zero sugar. Orbes is electric, ethereal and effervescent. If you can manage to keep it, it will reward cellaring up to several years. Overtime it will develop more secondary yeasty flavours. Enjoy it now in the sun or save it for Christmas roast Chicken.
Available early 2026 with first priority to Bissio Bande Wine Club members.
